JURISDICTIONAL AUDIT 004
The 'Alien' Deception: Why Black Indigenous Heirs Are Not Subject to Immigration Enforcement
If you believe you came from the stars, you have already surrendered your territorial claim.

The 'Alien' Deception: Why Black Indigenous Heirs Are Not Subject to Immigration Enforcement

The Jurisdiction Trick

The Starseed narrative — the idea that Black people are descended from extraterrestrial beings — sounds like empowerment. It is the single most effective tool ever deployed to get the Heir to voluntarily abandon their territorial claim.

Think about what you are saying when you call yourself a Starseed: you are saying you are not from here. You are saying you are an alien. And the law has a very specific set of rights — and limitations — for aliens. The Heir has a different set entirely.

Indigeneity Is a Legal Status

Under international law, Indigenous peoples have rights that no other group possesses — including the right to free, prior, and informed consent before any government action affects their territories. The UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples recognizes these rights. But they only apply if you claim Indigenous identity.

The Ancient Aliens narrative is a jurisdictional substitution — replacing a legally actionable territorial identity with a science fiction framework that has no legal standing. Crowns & Codes does not traffic in science fiction. We traffic in receipts. Members get the full legal framework.
